Located on a 42,443 square foot lot, the Pumpkin Properties Project involved the remodel of an existing residential structure and the addition of various other site improvements in to 2 phases. An existing 2,912 square foot residence was remodeled with associated site improvements to be adapted to the new zoning for an office use. The site was improved to include converting the existing house into an office use, added parking areas, new stormwater facilities, and landscaping in the first phase and an additional RV/Storage Building and its associated parking and turnaround vehicle maneuvering area at the rear area of the site was designed as part of a possible second phase. The project dramatically improved the lot frontage to the existing street while fulfilling the intentions for the site’s use.
