Lot 3 development of Union Prairie Business Park consists of a new 12,120 square foot industrial building with up to six distinct tenants and associated site improvements.
The 1.1 acres site was designed to share common use access with the existing Lot 2 building driveway. Site development improvements include new parking areas, truck loading and maneuvering areas, landscaping, pedestrian circulation, site utilities, as well as a covered and screened waste and recycling enclosure.
Tenant improvement design and permitting services were provided for all leasing tenants.
