The 157th Center Owner contracted with DLC to design and obtain permits for their new industrial building which would contain office spaces and a warehouse. The 157th Center Building was designed as a simple concrete masonry unit structure utilizing an efficient design and patterning of texture and color to add interest to the exterior. Items, like a cantilevered covered entry were also designed and engineered for the building owner to add at a later date.
