The project consists of designing a new “mixed-use” building with associated site improvements on the undeveloped 0.62 acre site. The new building design is for a 2-story building with the main ground floor level approximately 5,740 square feet and a second floor approximately 6,026 square feet in size. The ground floor consists two new apartment units, one with a live/work option, and the balance of the floor to be leasable commercial space. The second floor is designed to house 6 residential 1 and 2 bedroom apartment units. The site is proposed to have two new driveway curb-cuts, 31 parking spaces, screened trash enclosure, landscaping, pedestrian circulation and storm water facility site improvements.
